Treatments
Plan a day-long meditation retreat yourself, either solo or with a small group of friends. Prepare simple food and tea in advance, minimize distractions (all mobile devices off for the day; observe silence) and spend the day in a comfortable place, focusing on your practice.
Steam Bath
Steam bath, also known as steam sauna or steam shower, is a popular spa treatment that involves sitting in a chamber filled with warm, humid air (steam). The steam is created by heating water and producing steam that is then released into the chamber. The temperature and humidity of the steam can be adjusted to suit individual preferences.
Mud Bath
A mud bath is a spa treatment that involves immersing the body in a warm mixture of mineral-rich mud and water. The mud used in mud baths is typically composed of natural ingredients such as clay of various types and quality and is believed to have therapeutic properties that can benefit the skin and body cure and maintain good health.
Naval Therapy
Naval therapy, also known as Navel Therapy or Nabhi Chikitsa in Ayurveda, is a holistic healing practice that focuses on the naval or belly button area. According to Ayurvedic principles, the naval is considered a vital energy point where many nerve endings and energy channels converge.
Yoga Benefits
Flexibility
Yoga improves flexibility. Flexibility is an important component of physical health. Yoga offers many styles and poses that can help you stretch your muscles and joints in different ways. Over time, you can expect to gain flexibility in your hamstrings, back, shoulders, and hips. Flexibility can also prevent injuries and improve your posture.
Stress relief
Stress is a common problem in modern life that can affect your mental and physical health. Yoga can help you cope with stress by teaching you how to breathe deeply, calm your mind, and relax your body. Yoga also fosters mental calmness and mindfulness, which can reduce anxiety and depression.
Builds strength
Many yoga poses require you to bear your own body weight or balance on one leg or arm. These poses can help you build muscular strength and endurance, as well as core stability and power2. Strength can also protect your bones and joints from osteoporosis and arthritis
Supports joint health
Joints are the places where your bones meet and allow you to move. They need to be lubricated and nourished by synovial fluid and cartilage. Yoga can help you maintain healthy joints by increasing their range of motion and circulation
Yoga boosts heart health
Heart disease is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. Yoga can help you prevent or manage heart disease by lowering your blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. Yoga can also improve your cardiovascular fitness by strengthening your heart muscle and increasing your oxygen intake

The popularity of yoga is increasing very rapidly in all parts of the world. Every foreign national who comes to India takes back a different perception of yoga. This makes a lot of difference to the end result.
It’s for this purpose that we must focus on our breathing, so as to establish an internal quiet space. By constantly concentrating on your breath’s sensation and presence, one breath at a time, you’d be able to divert your mind away from all the noise, and focus it on the present moment. This would automatically bring some steadiness and stillness to your mind.

Testimonials
Savasana is believed to be the hardest yoga asana. Some would question why such a simple, motionless asana would qualify as being difficult, compared to more advanced asanas such as the headstand (Sirsasana), the king of asanas.
